1st April 2011 to 30th April 2012 - £350.00 per week
1st June 2011 to 31st August 2012 - £500.00 per week
1st September 2011 to 30th September 2012 - £450.00 per week
1st October 2011 to 31st October 2012 - £350.00 per week
Short breaks/ midweek rentals, price on application
There is also a charge of £50.00 per rental for utilities, cleaning and linen.
10% non refundable deposit upon booking
Balance 4 weeks before start of holiday.
Payment of rental can be made in Sterling.
